Adult Bible Study  – Classes will meet weekly 7:15pm-8:30pm every Thursday.

Lil Disciples Bible Study - May 13th, 2026

Lil Disciples Bible Study is an age-appropriate study of God’s Word. The lessons for the summer will continue to be about the books of the Bible through a series posted on the NBDM YouTube Channel. Youth are encouraged to watch each week’s episode in preparation for Children’s Church on Sunday.

Food Pantry – The Bond of Unity Food Pantry will be open every other Thursday in the month of May and June between 2-4pm. (Specific dates: May 21st and June 4th). Delivery will be May 20th and June 3rd.  If you need food on an alternate Thursday or live in a different area, please call 2-1-1 to find a food pantry closest to you. Donations can be made through Paypal. Please type “food pantry” in the note section. The link is Paypal.me/BondofUnityIA

Street Kings – Street Kings will be doing outreach to the homeless.  If you would like to help assemble the food bags or if you would like to donate items, please reach out to Bro George Storm.

Royal Priesthood Worship Training – Are you ready to go deeper in worship and engage with heaven for our King? There will be Royal Priesthood Worship training sessions Thursday, June 4th from 6:00–7:00 PM, right before Bible Study. These sessions are open to everyone in the Body of Christ. 

 If you desire to grow in your understanding and experience of worship in this new era, this is for you.

Can’t make it in person? No worries, each session will be recorded so you can catch up anytime.

Spirit Midwest – The 2026 mission trip is currently being planned for February 6th-13th, 2027. The team will meet May 24th, 2026 from 2pm-4pm at NBDM for next year's trip. If you would like to learn more, please contact Sis. Terri at spiritmidwestia@gmail.com.

Morning Winter Workout Classes – We are currently hosting morning group workout classes beginning on Tuesday & Friday Mornings 6:50am-7:30am. These will be cardio workouts and the cost will be $12.50 per session. Financial Assistance is available please see Sis. Angie for details.

 Men’s Study – NBDM Men are meeting on Wednesdays at 7pm for fellowship and study. The next bible study will be March 4th. Please see Pastors Vince and George for more information.   

Celebrating/Praying for the New Generation – NBDM is a Kingdom Purpose Training Center. We train not only adults, but the whole family! One of our assignments is praying for our youth. It can be from academic growth, accomplishments to a display of their faith in God.

 Pentecost Service – PMA invites you to a special Pentecost Service at Amazing Grace, 1903 53rd St, Des Moines, on Sunday, May 24th, starting at 4:00 PM. Dr. Jonathan Whitfield will be the speaker to share that we are, “Empowered to Advance the Kingdom”.
