Bible Studies (Bible Study will NOT meet this week.)

Lil Disciples Bible Study  – (December 4th Lesson)

Lil Disciples Bible Study is an age-appropriate study of God’s Word. The lessons for the summer will continue to be about the books of the Bible through a series posted on the NBDM YouTube Channel. Youth are encouraged to watch each week’s episode in preparation for Children’s Church on Sunday.

Food Pantry – The Bond of Unity Food Pantry will be open every other Thursday in the month of December & January between 2-5pm. (Specific dates December 26th & January 9th). If you need food on an alternate Thursday or live in a different area, please call 2-1-1 to find a food pantry closest to you. Donations can be made through Paypal. -       Volunteers are needed to assist with the Bond of Unity Food Pantry. Street Kings – Street Kings will be doing outreach to the homeless. There is a mandatory meeting TODAY, November 17th, from 2pm-5pm. If you would like to help assemble the food bags or if you would like to donate items, please reach out to Bro George Storm.

Spirit Midwest – The 2025 mission trip has been scheduled for Feb 8th-14th. If you would like to learn more, please contact Sis. Terri at spiritmidwestia@gmail.com. 

 NYE Service – Mark your calendars for our annual New Year’s Eve Service on Tuesday, December 31st. More details to come. 

Morning Winter Workout Classes – We are currently hosting morning group workout classes beginning on Tuesday & Friday Mornings 6:50am-7:30am. These will be cardio workouts and the cost will be $12.50 per session. Financial Assistance is available please see Sis. Angie for details.

Healthy Temples Fitness Classes – If you would like to partner in getting healthy, please contact Sis. Donnita. This is for a variety of abilities from sitting in a chair to full aerobic workout. Join the BAND Group to learn more https://band.us/n/a2a299R3B8Y1C.

Connection Cafe – Volunteers are needed to staff the Connection Cafe after Sunday Service AND clean up afterwards. All supplies, beverages and treats will be provided but we need someone to set-up, staff and clean-up. Many hands make for light work, so we are asking for your assistance. Please see Pastor Ka’Meka if you would like to help on a Sunday.

 Winter Jam 2025 – Save the Date for this concert tour that will be coming to Des Moines on Friday, February 21st.
